    关于减肥这回事

    这周见了许久没见的老朱、何剑、徐女、老咪等人,众人惊呼我身材走形肥胖过度。回到家痛定思痛,这一年多的宅人生活导致对自己要求严重下降。脱宅是必要的,宅了就懒惰了,懒惰就动的少吃的多,不打扮,不穿漂亮衣服,在不知不觉中身材就走形了。
    第一步,脱宅。周末已与老朱约好爬山加羽毛球,以后每周必需出门活动一天。
    第二步,运动。每天早晨跳绳,晚上跳绳、呼啦圈、仰卧起坐。数量每天递增。在两周内找到何适的健身房开始跳操、跑步。
    第三步,饮食。远离糖类,油炸食品。第一周每天两瓶酸奶一个煮鸡蛋,第二周增加蔬菜以及少量的粥。坚持一个月。
    第四步,药物。减肥药控制食欲,减肥茶清空肚子里的存货。短期内服用。以后用铁观音等茶来代替减肥茶去脂。
    减肥我还是比较有经验的,毕竟在从前的几年中我是不停的在减,号称从不超过92斤。任何人只要能做到上面4点,一个月瘦15斤左右是很轻松的,而我,这次任务很艰巨。神阿,让我回到88斤的少女身材吧。。。。。。

    想吃就必须要胖,我是太鲜明的例子,想当年我每天才吃多少东西,还经常运动消耗热量。现在吃多不说还不运动,热量收入大于支出全部转化为脂肪。除非你每天有很大的运动量,要不然想不胖还是少吃吧。血泪之谈。
